TranSpec is pleased to announce the availability of Contingent Automobile Liability and Contingent Cargo, coverages needed by Truck Brokers.
Contingent Automobile Liability options are $1,000,000 any one occurrence/ $1,000,000 annual aggregate, or $1,000,000 any one occurrence/$2,000,000 annual aggregate.
Contingent Cargo Liability limits are $100,000 any one loss, with options for $250,000 any one loss or $500,000 any one loss. Refrigeration Breakdown can be included with the $100,000 or $250,000 limit options.
For smaller Truck Brokers (annual revenues under $2,000,000) we offer stand-alone Contingent Cargo Liability with a limit of $100,000 any one loss. Refrigeration breakdown is available as an option.
Truck Brokers also need General Liability and Office Contents, and both of these are also available through this program. General Liability Limits are $1,000,000 any one occurrence/$1,000,000 annual aggregate. The form includes individual sub-limits of $50,000 Fire Damage to rented Properties and $1,000 any one occurrence Medical Payments. Business Contents coverage of $20,000 for Truck Brokers can be included with General Liability.
